home staging - concept

Remotely - once you fill out the form and provide some info about the property, I will be able to prepare a preliminary concept after contract is signed. We will meet online, and I will explain what changes are needed to catch attention of your target client. After the meeting, I will send a file with the description of the concept.

In-person - similarly, but this time I will come to see the property in person, and we will discuss the details of the concept on site. Sometimes, being on site, I notice details that may influence the original concept. In such case I can make appropriate concept adjustments afterwards and share the file after the meeting.

shopping list/shopping

A detailed shopping list contains specific products with links and prices; you will receive the list from me divided by rooms, so when you have the concept at hand, you can arrange items appropriately.

The full shopping service includes the purchase of items, transportation, and delivery to the property. In the case of large furniture (e.g., kitchen or wardrobe), we only handle the ordering; transportation and assembly are delegated to specialized service providers. In the event of product unavailability, Moka Space will automatically make substitutions within the established budget. Situations deviating from the budget will be consulted with the client.

home staging - full scope

As part of the full scope service, I will assemble smaller furniture (table, chair, etc.) and arrange them appropriately. I will also take care of styling for photo sessions or property presentations. In the case of subsequent presentations, there is an option to purchase just the styling service (a useful option when selling/renting a lived-in apartment).

advertisement

I also offer a service to prepare a sales/rental advertisement. I will ensure that all key information is included to attract potential customers as much as possible.

The placement and management of the advertisement will remain in your hands - this will ensure full control over the process. I will prepare the appropriate content.
